Community Empowerment and Economic Growth:

We are hiring more professional refugees to work with us and support refugee communities by offering free educational programs for refugee children and adults, capacity-building training for our staff members, and community-building activities.

Strengthening Communication Skills:
Our English learners improve their language proficiency, which enables them to express themselves confidently and pursue higher education in English, such as GED programs, university studies, or online courses. It also increases their opportunities to secure employment and become independent.

Professional Digital Skills:
Our computer students become proficient in using digital tools, enabling them to take online courses, perform online jobs, and become valuable assets to their communities.

Practical Skills and Experience:
Refugees who work at BUCC gain professional knowledge, skills, and experience through our professional training programs, which include both theoretical and practical learning, as well as direct engagement with the BUCC team and refugee communities.
