The Bangkok Urban Community Club (BUCC), established in May 2019, was founded to support and provide opportunities for displaced people who faced many barriers and challenges in Bangkok, Thailand through offering free education, hosting events, and conducting community building workshops.
Our Mission
BUCC is dedicated to bring positive change in the lives of refugees and asylum seekers in Bangkok. By provide free English language courses, computer literacy, capacity-building training, community-building activities. Our goal is to empower refugees with the skills needed to pursue higher education, gain employment, and foster a supportive community where they can share their talents and skills.

At BUCC, our vision is to create a world where refugees and asylum seekers not only find safety and shelter but also thrive and contribute positively to their new communities. By fostering a sense of belonging, inclusion, and unity, we aim to inspire a global community that embraces diversity and supports refugees and asylum seekers in their journey towards a brighter future.

We empower refugees and asylum seekers through education, events, training, and community-building activities, helping them regain control of their lives. Fostering inclusive communities is vital; we promote cultural exchange, diverse integration, and volunteer opportunities to bridge gaps and cultivate a sense of belonging among refugees and host communities.
