We offer English language courses ranging from beginner to advanced levels. For the many refugees facing language barriers, our English courses provide an opportunity to enhance their proficiency, enabling them to engage more effectively with organizations, as well as refugee and local communities.
Computer Literacy Course
BUCC provides computer literacy course for refugees and asylum seekers with limited computer experience. This course empowers them to confidently navigate the digital landscape by equipping them with essential skills. It covers computer fundamentals, ensuring participants grasp key concepts. Through interactive sessions and hands on training, students will acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to proficiently operate computers.
Teacher Training
We offer training to equip educators with essential skills and knowledge, addressing diverse group needs. Our training focuses on interactive and practical methods, covering teaching, classroom management, and innovative tools. Emphasizing cultural sensitivity and inclusivity creates a welcoming environment for all students. Our goal is to empower teachers to adapt to their students' unique needs. Participating educators gain confidence and expertise, positively impacting student outcomes and educational quality.
Job and Internship Opportunity
BUCC aims to empower refugees and asylum seekers by offering job and internship opportunities that enhance their employability and facilitate successful integration into the workforce. These initiatives provide participants with valuable work experience, enabling them to share their knowledge, skills, and experiences with those in need, while also learning from others through direct engagement in our operational activities.
Hosting Events
Our courses are planned by semester, and at the end of each term, we organize a unique event to celebrate our students' achievements. This is a valuable opportunity for everyone-our team, teachers, students, and parents-to come together and share their happiness. The event includes presentations, experience sharing, certificate and award ceremonies, games, traditional food, gift exchanges, photo opportunities, and parent engagement. Seeing everyone’s shining faces and fostering a sense of community makes this celebration truly special. We also invite our respected donors, partner organizations, and individuals to join our events and witness the impact of our work in reality.
